Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to send a booking request. New York law prohibits tattooing anyone under 18, even with parental consent. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment, and we will not tattoo anyone who cannot show one.

Booking Requests and Quotes

Sending a request through the Website does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is only confirmed when we confirm it to you directly. Quotes are estimates based on the information and images you provide and may change if the design, size or placement changes. We may decline any request at our discretion, including designs we believe are not suitable.

Health and Aftercare

Tattooing carries inherent risks, and results depend on factors such as your skin, health and aftercare. Information on this Website, including blog articles about aftercare, is general guidance and not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, allergies, are pregnant or have any concerns before getting tattooed.

Our Content and Artwork

All photos, tattoo designs, artwork, text and other content on this Website are owned by Pablo Frias or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download for reuse, reproduce, sell or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Custom designs created for a client remain the artistic work of Pablo Frias.

Trademarks

Marvel, DC, Nintendo and all other characters, names and logos shown on this Website are trademarks of their respective owners. Pablo Frias Tattoos is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. The tattoos shown are custom fan art created at the request of our clients.

Your Submissions

When you send us text or images, you confirm that you have the right to share them, and that any photos of other people were shared with their consent. You give us permission to use your submissions only to review your request, prepare your quote and design your tattoo. We will not publish your photos without your permission.

Acceptable Use
