Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you send a booking request, we collect:
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number.
- Your tattoo description and any details you choose to share.
- The images you upload, such as reference pictures, sketches and photos of the body area you want tattooed.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you accept this policy and our Terms of Use.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. We also use analytics cookies, as explained below.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement code on this website, and Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and actions such as sending a booking request. This helps us improve the website.
Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, such as _ga and _ga_*, which keep a random identifier for up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use advertising or remarketing features, and we never send your name, email, phone number, description or photos to Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information
- To review your request, prepare a quote and contact you about your appointment.
- To design your tattoo, using your references and placement photos.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not publish photos you send us without your permission.
How We Share Your Information
We only share information with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and the requests you submit.
- Our email provider, which delivers your request to us and our replies to you.
- Google Analytics, which processes website usage data on our behalf as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our clients.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, consistent with New York’s SHIELD Act, to protect your information. Uploaded images are stored in a protected location that cannot be accessed publicly and can only be opened by our site administrator. The website uses access controls, and only the people who need your information to handle your booking can see it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a security breach affects your personal information.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep booking requests and the images attached to them for up to 12 months after they are received, and then delete them automatically. If you become a client, we may keep the information needed for your appointment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Age Requirement
Our services are only for adults. Under New York law, we do not tattoo anyone under 18, and booking requests must come from people who are 18 or older. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
